Project Management from Scratch: From Charter to Results
Lead your project from charter to results: create artifacts that work.
What you'll learn
About the course
You will gain real project management experience through a continuous example of 'office relocation'. Each lesson ends with a completed document — project charter, schedule, RAID log, retrospective — that you can apply immediately in your work.
The course covers the full cycle: defining goals and stakeholders, decomposing into manageable tasks (WBS), building a schedule with critical path, managing risks and changes through RAID log, organizing iterative work in Scrum, controlling communication, and finally, formally closing the project with a retrospective.
The course is for specialists without management experience, junior team leads, and freelancers who have been tasked with leading projects. If you already manage people or budgets but don't know how to structure work and deliver it on time — this is for you.
You leave with a set of ready-made templates and an understanding of how four key project management tools work: charter, WBS, schedule, and RAID log.
